ALCHORVA (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) is an online marketplace for livestock — cattle, sheep, horses, and poultry — and related delivery services in Uzbekistan and Central Asia. 1. Information We Collect
- Account information: phone number, name, password (stored only as a secure hash), profile photo (optional), and preferred language.
- Location: the region, district, and address you provide for your listings and delivery. We do not collect precise or background location.
- Listings & content: photos, descriptions, prices, and other details you choose to publish.
- Transactions: purchase and sale records, account balance, and payment references. We do not store full bank card numbers.
- Device & usage: push notification token, app version, device platform, and basic diagnostic/usage data.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Create and secure your account and sign you in.
- Publish your listings and connect buyers with sellers.
- Process payments and balance top-ups.
- Provide delivery (driver) features.
- Send notifications about your listings, messages, and account.
- Moderate content and prevent fraud and abuse.
- Provide customer support and improve the App.
3. How We Share Information
Because ALCHORVA is a marketplace, some information is shared so the service can work:
- Your public profile (name, photo, region) and your listing details are visible to other users.
- When a buyer contacts you about a listing, your phone number may be shared with them, and vice versa, so you can complete the deal.
We also use trusted third-party providers who process data on our behalf:
- Payme (Paycom) and Click — payment processing.
- Eskiz.uz — sending SMS one-time verification codes.
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications.
- Sentry — error and crash diagnostics.
- Google (Gemini) and Anthropic (Claude) — automated moderation of listing text and images.
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your listings at any time, and you can request deletion of your account, after which we remove your personal data — except records we are required to keep by law (for example, transaction records).
5. Security
Passwords are stored as secure hashes and are never shown to anyone. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
6. Children
ALCHORVA is rated 4+ and is intended for a general audience. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
7. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your information, and withdraw consent, through the App’s settings or by contacting us using the details below.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
